Live Springs Farm summer sausage, & an array of Cabot cheese served with artisan breads & crackers paired with homemade seasonal jams,  dates & grapes

Butternut squash rounds with goat cheese, cranberries and toasted pine nuts

Baked feta in late heirloom tomato & amethyst basil infused olive oil

Vegetable Courses

La Vista seasonal salad with candied walnuts, local apples, and fig balsamic vinaigrette

Fire roasted seasonal vegetable skewers

Herb Infused Polenta with kale & seasonal greens, topped with herb gravy and caramelized onions

Roasted butternut, sweet potatoes & beets with goat cheese

Meat Courses

Herbed meat balls on fire roasted seasonal vegetable skewers

Oak & Cherry wood smoked chicken salad with fresh herb infused aioli served with Artisan garlic herb rolls

Cast iron skillet seared pork tenderloin strips on a bed of seasonal  sautéed greens and turnip mash topped with pan seared sun gold cherry tomatoes and garlic gravy
